Likewise it was a real pleasure to meet you and watch you work on Monday morning. I got a real education! I will highly recommend you to anyone who could use your services. I received a call from your son yesterday with the good results on the radon test so Linda and I signed off on the home inspection clause in our offer last night. I told you earlier I liked your web site and I really appreciated getting the electronic home and pest inspection reports so quickly.

Your suggestions will be implemented as soon as possible. However, with a late-October closing date we will not be able to start any landscaping work on the side of the house until November. I would prefer to do it in the spring because I don't think we will be able to get the grass and/or ground cover to catch so late in the season. Do you think it would be OK to let it go until March or April?

Again, thanks for performing the inspection and I'm sure we will see each other in the future.
